My presentation will focus on the latest and (potentially) upcoming regulatory frameworks and mechanisms for design, development and application of AI in line with the standards on fundamental rights, democracy and the rule of law.
Special attention will be given to the instruments of the European Union and Council of Europe. Individual cases of jurisprudence will be presented with the aim of illustrating the risks.
